2. Individual Portal Plan
2.1. The Individual Portal Plan provided by Trymyloan offers clients access to a
dedicated relationship manager and tailored guidance throughout the loan application process.
Clients are required to pay a nominal fee for access to the portal.
2.2. Refund Policy:
• If a client is dissatisfied with the Individual Portal Plan or experiences technical issues
preventing access, they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refund@Trymyloan.com and include the
reason for the refund request.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the
original payment method used for the purchase.
